SHIPPING & PROCESSING

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (this may be longer in the case of public U.S. holidays). All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm, and orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week on Monday. All orders will be shipped by UPS. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery time begins once your item has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Modifications/Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email as soon as possible to hello@onefold.co. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however, there may be some instances where we are unable to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped out, our normal return policy will be in effect.

Onefold is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, weather delay, and ground transportation delays or strikes.

Lost/Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at hello@onefold.co. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address. You must notify us within 10 days of the delivery confirmation date that your order has not been received.

Incorrect/Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at hello@onefold.co to let us know. We must be notified within 3 business days of receiving a damaged delivery. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference. Digital photos of any damages are always required. Please photograph the piece as well as the package it arrived in.

International Shipment

All international shipments are shipped via UPS Worldwide.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. These are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is your responsibility, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.

Because of prior issues shipping internationally with USPS, our preferred courier for international shipments is UPS. If your country is not available to ship to, please email us at: hello@onefold.co for assistance.

Onefold is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, weather delay, and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country.

RETURN POLICY

To begin the returns process, please email hello@onefold.co with your order number and indicate your reason for exchange or return. You must notify Onefold before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Please note for both exchanges and returns:

  • All items must be returned in unused and unworn condition with original tags and packaging within 7 business days from the day you receive your item(s).
  • Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items will not be accepted.
  • All domestic sales are considered FINAL 7 business days after the day you receive your order.
  • Onefold reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 
  • We do not accept and will not process international returns or exchanges. All international purchases are FINAL sale

Exchanges

We can only accept exchanges on the same style for a different size or color. If you are exchanging, we are happy to offer return shipping on us for domestic orders! We'll send you a return label and ship out your new item as soon as we receive the original.

Please note that if you use a carrier other than that provided with the return label, you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Further, you shall solely and exclusively bear any and all risks associated with return shipping and we shall in no event be liable for the loss, destruction, damage, misdirected or delayed shipment of any returned products.

Returns

If you would like a refund for your item in the original form of payment, you will be responsible for returning the item and for return shipping charges. Please use a reputable carrier. We will not bear any risks associated with return shipping and we shall in no event be liable for the loss, destruction, damage, misdirected or delayed shipment of any returned products.

Upon our receipt of your return package, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and processing the refund. Please note that this process may take between 5 and 10 days. As soon as have approved the item’s condition, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s), sales taxes included, less the original shipping costs, to your original form of payment.
